Paneer TikkaServing : 2 bowls
Ingredients : 100 gms. Ajanta Paneer; ¼ cup curd; 1 tsp. gram flour (besan); 1 tomato sliced; 1 onion sliced; ¼ small sliced cabbage; 1 tsp. lemon juice; ½ tsp. chaat masala; Salt & Pepper to taste.
Method : Marinate paneer cubes while putting curd, gram flour, salt-peper & pinch of chaat masala. Keep it aside for 30 min. Pass the skewer through the center of each piece of vegetables & paneer. Roast on grill in an electic oven. Turn slowly when one side is done & grill till paneer pieces gets brown. Sprinkle chaat masala with lemon juice. Garnish with sliced tomatoes, onions & cabbage.
